This product is from Rachaya al Foukhar a Lebanese village in the
district of Hasbaya in the Nabatiya Governate in Southern Lebanon.
(Fukhar is the Arabic word for pottery)
The village is also renowned for its clay market, which is believed to
be the oldest in Lebanon specializes in producing handmade pottery
most famous product is the traditional water jar or "ibrik" also known
in Spain as "The Phoenician Wine Jar".
